Warranty conditions

The exact warranty terms for each product can be found on the warranty card supplied with the purchased device.
Below are the general terms and conditions of the equipment warranty, categorised by the purpose of the equipment:

 

Equipment manufactured by MARBO

 

  • Home line (equipment class H)  - lifetime warranty for the material of structural elements, 2 years for the product, 12 months for consumables (steel wire ropes, wheels, bearings, upholstery)

  • SEMI-PRO line (equipment class H) - lifetime warranty for the material of structural elements, 2 years for the product, 12 months for consumables (steel wire ropes, wheels, bearings, upholstery)

  • PROFESSIONAL line (equipment class S) - 2 years for the product, 12 months for consumables (steel wire ropes, wheels, bearings, upholstery)

  • WEIGHT line (equipment class H) - 2 years for the product

  • Combat line (equipment class H) - 2 years on product

  • Linia Accessories (klasa sprzętu H) - 2 lata na produkt

  • Outdoor line (equipment class H) - 2 years for the product, 12 months for consumables (steel wire ropes, wheels, bearings, hooks)

 

Non-MARBO equipment warranty:
  • Home warranty [H] This is for equipment used for private, non-commercial use. Training intensity must not exceed 1 hour per day.

  • Semi-commercial warranty [LC] This is for equipment used in hotels, spas, schools, rehabilitation centres. Training intensity must not exceed 4 hours per day.

  • Commercial warranty [C] This is for equipment used in hotels, spas, schools, rehabilitation centres, fitness clubs and gyms. Training intensity must not exceed 8 hours per day.

 

Maintenance of MARBO PROFESSIONAL equipment for commercial use:
In order to ensure that customers exercise fully on MARBO equipment, the person in charge of the club is required to regularly inspect the equipment in his gym:
  • Activities performed once every 1 month:
    - inspection and elimination of structural clearances
    - Checking cable tension
    - lubrication of guides
  • Every 2 months
    - bearing condition check
    - Checking the condition of the guide pulleys
In the event of an equipment failure, please report the fault to our service department and cease using the equipment in question until the problem has been rectified.
