The MO-016 wall bars are the first step towards creating a private training and recreation area in your garden. One construction - many possibilities
MO-016 is an advanced construction consisting of three gymnastic ladders arranged in three different levels: horizontal, vertical and inclined.
- Vertical ladder: Ideal for climbing, improving general physical fitness and for bodyweight exercises such as pulling the legs up towards the chest.
- Inclined ladder: Allows you to perform various calisthenics exercises, such as inclined climbing, which works the abdominal muscles and lower body.
- Horizontal ladder: Perfect for pull-ups, strengthening the upper body and exercises to improve grip strength.
In addition, one of the rungs in the horizontal section has been extended beyond the contour of the ladder, creating a bar for tight and wide pull-ups.
Robust construction
The frame of the MO-016 gymnastics ladder is made of robust construction profiles with a cross-section of 60x60x2 mm. The joints have been additionally reinforced with metal corners, resulting in high stability and strength of the entire construction, which can bear a maximum load of up to 200 kg!
Thanks to the powder coating, the ladder is not only characterized by a timeless, elegant design, but also by high weather resistance.
All these aspects ensure that the MO-016 will remain an ornament to any garden, park or playground for many years to come.
Can be anchored to the ground
The MO-012 ladder is equipped with holes in the feet that allow it to be anchored in the ground. This prevents the structure from moving unintentionally, which increases its stability during use.
The choice of the appropriate anchoring method should be adapted to individual needs, which depend, among other things, on the type and moisture of the ground, the intensity of the exercises performed and the weight of the users.
