Convenient handle change
The lift has a carabiner-type attachment, so you can easily and quickly change the training handle.
Together with the lift you get the MH-C001 long bar, but nothing prevents you from using another accessory, such as a rope for triceps training.
The rope of the MS-W102 2.0 lift has been secured with a bumper, which prevents it from being pulled in by the lift blocks.
Two settings - up/down
You can use the lift in two configurations - top and bottom. This allows you to increase the variety of exercises performed.
Setting it in the upper position allows you to, among other things, pull the bar down to your chest.
Setting it in the lower position allows, for example, to exercise the back muscles by rowing.
Free weight machine
The MS-W102 2.0 lift is an accessory dedicated to free weight training. The weight plates are put on dedicated bars and secured with the included spring clamps.
EVA foam covered thigh lock
The soft yet durable EVA foam that the locks are covered with means you don't have to worry about rubbing your legs during an intense workout. This makes exercise even safer.
The height of the position of the locking device can be easily adjusted, or it can be disconnected from the lift if necessary.
